Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Own the candidate pipeline, sourcing and identifying candidates through various channels (job postings, database search)
  
• Qualifying applications and working closely with hiring managers on candidate selection
  
• Facilitate first connections with candidates, assess candidate qualifications, introduce and build interest in Blazesoft 
  
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate interview debrief/feedback sessions
  
• Provide recruiting best practice recommendations based on industry and market knowledge/research
  
• Accurately maintain candidate and new hire information
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is a must, some technical recruitment a definite asset
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  
• Ability to build rapport with all candidates and new and existing employees
  
• Strong judgment and analytical skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
