Job Description
A Product Software Engineer with 3-5.5 years of experience is sought for a hybrid role in Pune, India. The role involves full-stack development using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server, with a focus on critical features for CCH Axcess Client Collaboration. Responsibilities include backend and frontend development, database optimization, cloud deployment with Azure, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Good To Have:
- Ability to mentor junior developers.
- Beginner level understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, WCF, RESTful APIs, Angular, WPF, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, Azure, DevOps & CI/CD, and Testing.
- Develop critical features for the CCH Axcess Client Collaboration product, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Possess a problem-solving mindset focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Develop, test, debug, and implement moderately complex operating system components, software tools, and utilities.
- Make moderately complex modifications to existing software for specialized needs.
- Maintain program libraries and technical documentation.
Product Software Engineer

Experience Range: 3 to 5.5 years
Required Skills & Expertise-We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following areas:
Technical Skills:
- Backend Development: .NET Core, C#, WCF, RESTful APIs
- Frontend Development: Angular, WPF, HTML, CSS
- Database: SQL Server - writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Cloud Technologies: Azure – including App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and DevOps pipelines, containerization
- DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with automated build and deployment pipelines
- Gen AI and Agentic AI - beginner level understanding
- Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication
- Development of critical features for the CCH Axcess Client Collaboration powered by Expert AI solutions product, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to mentor junior developers
