A Product Software Engineer with 3-5.5 years of experience is sought for a hybrid role in Pune, India. The role involves full-stack development using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server, with a focus on critical features for CCH Axcess Client Collaboration. Responsibilities include backend and frontend development, database optimization, cloud deployment with Azure, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, WCF, RESTful APIs, Angular, WPF, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, Azure, DevOps & CI/CD, and Testing.
• Develop critical features for the CCH Axcess Client Collaboration product, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Possess a problem-solving mindset focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Develop, test, debug, and implement moderately complex operating system components, software tools, and utilities.
• Make moderately complex modifications to existing software for specialized needs.
• Maintain program libraries and technical documentation.

Good to Have

• Ability to mentor junior developers.
• Beginner level understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI.

Required Skills & Expertise-We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following areas:

Technical Skills:

• Backend Development: .NET Core, C#, WCF, RESTful APIs
• Frontend Development: Angular, WPF, HTML, CSS
• Database: SQL Server - writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Cloud Technologies: Azure – including App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and DevOps pipelines, containerization
• DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with automated build and deployment pipelines
• Gen AI and Agentic AI - beginner level understanding
• Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD)

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication
