Job Description
The Product Specialist (HyperCasual) will be responsible for generating innovative hyper-casual game ideas, managing the development cycle from ideation to release, and continuously optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong interest in games and user experience, and expertise in strategy and execution. While prior experience isn't mandatory, a strong analytical background, data-driven decision-making skills, and intrinsic motivation to create top-charting games are required. The role offers opportunities for career development and a supportive work environment in a modern office in Istanbul.
Must have:

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Come up with innovative and exciting hyper casual game ideas, leveraging Gybe’s accumulated knowledge and data.
- Manage the development cycle of games from ideation phase to release.
- Continuously optimize and come up with proposals to improve Gybe Games’ processes and workflows.
Who You Are
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong interest in games and user experience.
- Expertise in strategy and execution.
- No need to have prior experience. To be successful at this position, strong analytical background with ability to make data driven decisions and intrinsic motivation to create top charting games is required.
