Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers for Beach Bum, a Voodoo gaming family, fostering collaboration and high performance. Define and drive product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals and player needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, analytics) to deliver engaging gaming experiences. Analyze market trends and player behavior to identify growth opportunities. Monitor product performance using data-driven insights to optimize game features. Conceptualize, design, and prioritize game features. Communicate product vision to stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game design, development, marketing, and analytics, to deliver innovative and engaging gaming experiences
- Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Monitor product performance through key metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize game features and mechanics
- Conceptualize, design, and prioritize game features that align with the game’s vision and business objectives
- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
