Nine's Drive is seeking a Senior Business Product Analyst to join its growing Product team. This role involves leading functional and operational product requirements across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch improvements. The analyst will collaborate with product, technology, and business teams, manage agile processes, coordinate testing, document business needs, and produce reports to support product delivery. Must Have:
  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and planning for strategic initiatives
  • Act as Product Owner, leading backlog refinement and sprint planning
  • Manage day-to-day operational cadence of the product team and own the Product Kanban
  • Plan and coordinate testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Translate business needs into structured content and knowledge bases using Confluence and JIRA
  • Produce business reports and dashboards to measure product delivery outcomes
  • Develop and implement best-practice frameworks for agile delivery and documentation
  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital product management role within an Agile team
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills to developers, testers, and stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, data)
  • Familiarity with digital frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and design thinking
  • Experience with agile toolkits such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (ideally WordPress)
  • Foundational knowledge of SEO best practices

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Business Product Analyst to join our growing Product team. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to the product and technology teams and a critical partner to the leadership team at Drive. You will have the opportunity to shape our product roadmap by leading the functional and operational product requirements process across the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to post-launch improvements.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to lead the end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and planning for strategic initiatives.
  • Agile Management: Act as the Product Owner when required to lead backlog refinement and sprint planning. You will manage the day-to-day operational cadence of the product team and own the Product Kanban.
  • Testing & Validation: Plan and coordinate testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Documentation: Translate business needs into structured content and knowledge bases using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce business reports and dashboards to support the measurement and tracking of product delivery outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement best-practice frameworks for agile delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital product management role within an Agile team.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate requirements clearly to developers, testers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and data.
  • Familiarity with digital frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and design thinking.
  • Experience with agile toolkits such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (Ideally WordPress), including creating, editing, and publishing content
  • Foundational knowledge of SEO best practices, (headings, meta data, internal linking) to support content visibility and audience growth
  • Experience in a leadership or team development role is a plus.
  • No automotive experience is required, but a passion for cars is always a bonus!

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data-related products and features.
