Job Description

The Digital Factory of PwC France and Maghreb is responsible for developing a suite of assets and products as SaaS applications deployed under Kubernetes in a Microsoft Azure tenant. In the context of industrializing our processes, the role of a Product Manager is essential at all stages of the product lifecycle. This role involves product strategy definition, collaboration with business teams to gather user needs, backlog management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, and overseeing compliance processes. It also includes supervising KPIs for product performance, managing the run budget, and coordinating corrective actions and evolutions. The Product Manager will work in tandem with a Backup Product Manager and communicate regularly with technical and business teams.
Must Have:
  • Partner with the business to define the product strategy from conception to production, as well as during its run phase until decommissioning.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify and gather user needs.
  • Write and prioritize needs in the form of epics and user stories, and manage the product backlog.
  • Ensure the delivery of developments while respecting deadlines and budgets.
  • Pilot the compliance process with all experts and stakeholders to ensure the product meets PwC's legal, regulatory, and security requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define needs.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Prioritize functionalities based on added value for the user and product objectives.
  • Supervise run KPIs (SLA, RTO, RPO, etc.) to guarantee product performance and availability.
  • Manage the run budget and ensure the operational maintenance (MCO) of applications.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and necessary evolutions to improve products.
  • Work in tandem with a Backup Product Manager to ensure continuity of activities.
  • Communicate regularly with technical and business teams to align objectives and priorities.
  • Facilitate project follow-up meetings and steering committees.
  • Bac+3 ideally in a field related to Product Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management within a similar structure.
  • Expertise in Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Experience in product backlog management using epics and user stories. Proficiency in Jira is highly desired.
  • Experience in facilitating client workshops and development team instances.
  • Strong sense of customer satisfaction.
  • Aptitude for complex problem-solving.
  • Autonomy and initiative to innovate on products.
  • Rigor to ensure regular and rapid delivery of value increments.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

What you can expect from us:
