Product & Tech Intern (m/f/d)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern (m/f/d) to join our dynamic product team for 6 months. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development and enhancement of our products.

Role Overview

• Collaborate with the product team to develop product roadmaps and timelines
• Understand the technicality of the product such as API integration, backend data flow and assist in developing technical use cases
• Incident Management of bugs and user feedback
• Support in conducting user research, including testing and feedback analysis, to identify areas for product improvement and inform the development of user-centered enhancements
• Assist in tracking project progress and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Help manage project documentation and communication with team members
• Support product launches through coordinating training materials
• Track and analyze post-launch performance, gathering user feedback to inform future iterations
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management

What we are looking for

• You completed your studies or are currently studying Computer Science, Information Science or a related field
• You are available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for a duration of 6 months
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets, any other data platform like Power BI or Tableu is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 1+ years of work experience in Tech
• Basic understanding of Data analysis
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Miro, Slack, Monday.com) is a plus
• Passion for music, data and product development
