Senior 3D Motion Designer

Landor is looking for a Senior 3D Motion Designer to join our Mumbai Studio. We are seeking a professional with experience working with communication design agencies to elevate brand experience work and storytelling through motion. The role involves creating extraordinary motion-native content, leveraging a strong skill set in 3D modeling, animation, and compositing to transform brands.

Must Have

• Proficiency in After Effects for motion design, keyframe animation, and compositing
• Expertise in Blender / Cinema 4D for 3D modelling and motion design
• Skills in Illustrator, XD (or Figma), and Photoshop for 2D design and image manipulation
• Competence in Premiere Pro for video editing and basic audio editing
• Experience with Redshift / Octane or equivalent render engines
• Knowledge of Processing / P5.js / Cinder for creative coding / generative motion
• Ability to use Lottie / CSS animation for motion for web and UI
• Familiarity with Trapcode suite for procedural effects in After Effects
• Proficiency in Adobe Animate for keyframe animation

What we are looking for:

A 3D Motion Designer working with or for communication design agencies, who can help us elevate our Brand experience work, storytelling through motion, and help create extraordinary motion native work.

Requirements:

• After Effects for motion design, keyframe animation, and compositing
• Blender / Cinema 4D for 3D modelling and motion design

• Redshift / Octane or equivalent as a render engine
