Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual (Mandarin and English) Production Coordinator for a 3-month fixed term. In this role, you will support the Producer by managing organizational, creative, and financial aspects of studio projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include project coordination, administration, client and team communications, documentation, tracking, assisting with budget management, deliverables, quality control, and client liaison.
Must Have
- Proven experience as a coordinator in the film/tv/game/immersive experience industry
- Solid administration skills
- Experience working with tight deadlines and budgets
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Ability to translate documents between Mandarin and English
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Our ideal candidate
We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a coordinator in the film/tv/game/immersive experience industry, with solid administration skills and experience working with tight deadlines and budgets.
You’ll need to be bilingual in Mandarin and English (with the ability to translate documents between the two) – and have strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
