Production Operator

The Étaples site designs, develops, and manufactures electric propulsion systems, particularly starter-alternators.

We are looking for Production Operators. As a member of the Autonomous Production Team, the production operator ensures the manufacturing, in series or not, of parts or sub-assemblies in compliance with SQCDM standards (Safety Quality Cost Delivery Management).

Your Challenges?

• Ensure production respecting quality and deadlines
• Perform one or more production operations, respecting defined standards, detect and report anomalies
• Clean and maintain machines as well as your workstation.
• Complete production monitoring documents
• Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging articles, and small equipment, verifying their conformity
• Verify and control quality at the entry and exit of the machine and package the parts
• Isolate defective products and alert via the opening of a QRAP
• Follow the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Participate in/perform series changes
• Conduct quality control operations requiring additional technical skills

*Ensure the proper functioning of your production tool*

• Control the operational and safety status of production facilities and equipment
• Perform Level 1 maintenance
• Be responsible for the 5S of the workstation
• Inform the team leader, or their supervisor, of problems they detect and open a QRAP if necessary
• Pass on instructions concerning their workstation to the next team
• Participate in daily, monthly meetings, and training
• Participate in improvement projects
• Perform adjustment/parameter setting operations on production equipment

• Knowledge and application of production organization and internal flows
• Minimal knowledge of office automation
