- Creating and planning production orders
- Ensuring the incorporation of design and technological changes into production orders
- Operative involvement in the production process to ensure progress in production
- Participation in management meetings and reporting of work results
- Managing and organizing work activities in the assigned section, in accordance with the skills of individual workers
- Responsibility for fulfilling the team's plan, meeting deadlines, productivity, and quality of work
- Ensuring efficient and economical use of working time and production resources
- Communication with headquarters in Leipzig (Master Planner)
- Experience with leading a smaller team is an advantage
- Experience with production planning or a similar position
- MS Office - especially Excel at a very good level
- Excellent knowledge of English, German an advantage
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Analytical and systematic thinking
- Ability to read technical documentation
