Job Description

SageCor Solutions is seeking a Program Integrator 2 to assist PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines. The role involves monitoring and reporting on program health, performing holistic analysis to minimize costs and implementation risks, and ensuring initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered timely. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph and significant experience in DoD program, contract, or financial management.
Good To Have:
  • Well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts
  • Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program
Must Have:

  • Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus (or equivalent certifications/experience)

Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

Position Qualifications:

Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.

In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.

In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.

Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.

Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
