Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, driving customer success. The C360 Data Automation team seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional Product-Led Growth programs. This role requires strong technical and business acumen, excellent delivery planning and execution skills, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will define program vision, track progress, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.
Must have:
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to ensure each program has a clear vision, outlined goals, and defined success metrics.
  • Host regular status meetings and other program ceremonies to ensure efficient collaboration across contributing teams.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned across contributing teams with committed timelines for owned programs.
  • Identify, document, track, and monitor dependencies across contributing teams for successful program planning and execution.
  • Implement decision-making, escalation, and change control processes for owned programs.
  • Foster a transparent environment by hosting program retrospectives after critical milestones and upon program closure to continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Assess, track, and resolve blockers to the delivery of program goals.
  • Assess, document, and communicate risks to program delivery to appropriate stakeholders and partner with delivery teams on implementing mitigation plans.
  • Provide transparent communication to leadership, stakeholders, and co-delivery teams regarding program health, progression, and critical milestones using key systems, channels, and templates.
  • Manage all aspects of delivery for multiple (2+) product scrum teams simultaneously, leveraging Agile methodologies.
  • Improve the productivity of product scrum teams by monitoring key metrics, hosting team retros, and acting upon process enhancements.
  • Create and maintain all program collateral, including project plans and weekly status reports.
Good to have:
  • Deep expertise in marketing technology stacks, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and marketing data models.
  • At least 3 years working in Salesforce Data Cloud or other Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives to implement data governance in partnership with Platform Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage technically complex programs with high ambiguity, multiple dependencies, and parallel workstream.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of proactively identifying and resolving program risks.
  • Ability to operate as a “single-threaded owner,” taking full accountability for program outcomes from initiation through execution.

Your Impact - Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in enterprise software/technical program management.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to apply agile methodologies effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive complex initiatives to successful completion.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align teams and leaders without direct authority.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $223,700.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $244,200.
