Job Description

This role is with a leading in-game ad solution provider for mobile, PC, and console, focusing on intrinsic in-game advertising. The company's solutions prioritize players while enabling advertisers to reach audiences programmatically and non-disruptively. Utilizing a patented 3D ad tracking engine and partnerships with trusted AdTech vendors, the platform ensures viewability measurement and compliance with industry standards. It also empowers game developers to monetize their titles through complementary ad placements, ensuring consistent revenue streams by monetizing the entire game session.
Must have:
  • Hands-on optimization with different SSPs and ad exchange platforms to support ad operations and maximize revenue, including placement mapping and game approval processes
  • Analyze large datasets and campaign workflows to extract insights and optimize daily operations
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and solve performance anomalies utilizing internal and external reporting systems
  • Lead troubleshooting with internal teams and demand partners to resolve technical and campaign issues quickly and effectively
  • Provide consistent, executive-level reporting and outcomes
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills (both verbal and written) across all levels of the business

We’re looking for a detail-oriented mindset and hands-on experience of various SSPs and other programmatic vendors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Hands-on optimization with different SSPs and ad exchange platforms to support ad operations and maximize revenue, including placement mapping and game approval processes
  • Analyze large datasets and campaign workflows to extract insights and optimize daily operations
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and solve performance anomalies utilizing internal and external reporting systems (Kibana, Grafana and Postman - advantage)
  • Lead troubleshooting with internal teams and demand partners to resolve technical and campaign issues quickly and effectively
  • Provide consistent, executive-level reporting and outcomes
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills (both verbal and written) across all levels of the business

Requirements

------------

  • 3+ years of experience within AdTech programmatic media
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and ad operations workflows with hands-on platform (SSPs and ad exchanges) experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and revenue analytics
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for using data to generate insights and drive business results
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and internal stakeholders, as well as work independently on daily tasks
  • High level of English with excellent communication skills
