Job Description
The Programming Producer is responsible for driving execution across high profile programming in the Americas region, which is the largest region. This role involves driving ownership of the regional plan, balancing business needs with delivery capabilities. Responsibilities include coordinating across regional Heads of Programming, cross-functional production teams, vendors, and field teams to keep programs on schedule and deliver them with meticulous attention to detail. The producer will work cross-functionally to plan and deliver programming supporting the overall Today at Apple plan. Key responsibilities include leading strategic planning, overseeing program production timelines, coordinating integrated campaigns, managing risks, ensuring quality assurance, producing complex programs, leading quarterly reporting, managing budgets, and liaising with talent and legal teams.

The Programming Producer is responsible for driving execution across high profile programming in AMR, our largest region. In this role, you will drive ownership of the AMR plan of record, balancing the needs of the business with our ability to deliver. You will be responsible for coordinating across AMR Heads of Programming, cross functional production, production vendors and field teams keeping our programs on schedule and delivered with a fine attention to detail. You'll work cross functionally across the region to plan and deliver programming that supports the overall Today at Apple plan. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design and lead quarterly and annual strategic planning process in partnership with the Customer Engagement lead, creating a system to align programming to business priorities across 11 flagship stores in AMR - Create and oversee program production timelines across all regional programs and provide daily project management. - Co-ordinate and execute fully integrated campaigns spanning in-store and online events and marketing, including all documentation and management of event production schedules - Liaise with in-store resources to collect daily status updates, managing, mitigating and escalating risks - Act as a strategic and creative advocate for overall quality, ensuring quality assurance for all deliverables - Directly produce our most complex programs with high profile talent and partners, ensuring flawless execution from planning, production, publishing and assessment - Lead quarterly reporting assessing performance across the geo in partnership with the Customer Engagement Lead, collecting data and building reports that facilitate insights gathering for future programming strategy - Architect a quarterly budget projecting spend across programming and production; manage day to day spend including overseeing invoice and payment schedules - Liaise with talent and design session experiences in line with program strategy, as well as partnering with our store programming team on session execution - Work directly with Business Affairs and Legal in regard to all talent and key parters - Share updates and inform key partners and stakeholders throughout the project both within AMR and with our Worldwide partners
