The Programming Producer will work across different departments to plan and deliver programming that supports the overall 'Today at Apple' plan. This role involves creating and managing program production timelines across all regional programs, alongside providing daily project management. The responsibilities include coordinating and executing in-store and online events, collaborating with talent to design session experiences, and managing project budgets. This also includes working with business affairs and legal for key partnerships and sharing project updates with stakeholders. The role requires tracking, reporting, and providing results for programming initiatives.

Job Details

The Programming Producer works cross functionally across the region to plan and deliver programming that supports the overall Today at Apple plan. This role is responsible for creating and overseeing program production timelines across all regional programs and provides daily project management. 

 Responsibilities: Co-ordinate and execute in-store and online events, including all documentation and management of event production schedules. Liaise with talent and design session experience in line with program strategy, as well as partnering with our store programming team on session execution. Work directly with Business Affairs and Legal in regard to all talent and key partners. Support end to end event production, including authoring session briefs and session guides and the track all assets/guides. Provide day to day budget management, including the oversight of invoice and payment schedules. Share updates and inform key partners and stakeholders throughout the project both within AMR and with our Worldwide partners. Track, report and provide results, insights and learnings for programming initiatives.
