Key Responsibilities

• Lead Loyalty Kiosk delivery projects from planning through installation.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while keeping teams accountable.
• Act as the main customer-facing contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and align internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
• Support Loyalty Services/Product teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Oversee projects through the full lifecycle — from requirements to rollout and transition to operations.
• Collect and report metrics, assist with testing, and help ensure quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting ongoing innovation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Previous Experience:

• Project Coordinator or Project Manager background (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
• Casino or Marketing department experience (bonus points!)
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi/IGT, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,000 - $84,000 annually.
