Currently, we are actively seeking a talented Project manager
Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for day-to-day project management and people management in the offshore delivery center.
He/She will also be responsible for the delivery, scope, timeline, project status reporting, and other PM activities. Hands-on knowledge of software development methodologies is essential. Agile knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities will also include:
Scrum ceremonies
Negotiation with the customer and on-site Project Managers (delivery management, requirements management, requirements analysis etc.);
Introduction and enhancements of software development methodologies within the project;
Coordination and collaboration with other projects and QA engineers;
Change management process facilitation;
Team motivation, team building, assessment of project team members.
Skills
Must have
6+ years of experience in information technology.
Project Manager with hands on data analytics experience.
Understanding of the investment data lifecycle
private and/or public markets
Understanding of investment and finance applications and SaaS platforms
Overseeing the planning, design, architecture, implementation, testing and deployment of data systems (e.g. Azure, Snowflake, others), databases, data integration, application integration, BI and analytics workloads
Fundamental knowledge of data strategy development, data modelling, data architecture, data governance and data engineering
Exposure to data science, AI and Generative AI implementation
Ensuring the projects are a success with all dependencies and milestones met
The Project Managers need to be drivers (not order takers), assertive, attentive, detail-oriented
Should be able to handle Multiple projects that involve data & analytics expertise
Nice to have
Managing teams that developed and implemented new technology
Management of teams involved in the implementation of Advanced Analytics in multinational companies.
Experience in SAFE and managing releases.
