As a Project Manager with a design/architecture background and at least 5 years of experience, you will identify space planning requirements, produce CAD drawings, manage approvals, coordinate with third-party designers, advise on value engineering, and represent ATB in design meetings.
Must have:
  • Work with ATB internal teams to identify specific space planning requirements for each project
  • Produce in CAD space planning drawings for approval
  • Manage/Coordinate the approval process of drawings
  • Work with 3rd party designers through Design development phase of project(s) to ensure standards are adhered to and project specific requirements are met
  • Advise and participate in value engineering exercises
  • Uphold the internal design intent and standards of ATB
  • Represent ATB at various internal and external design coordination meetings as required
  • List R&R's for construction manager

Job Details

Main responsibilities:

  • Work with ATB internal teams to identify specific space planning requirements for each project
  • produce in CAD space planning drawings for approval
  • Manage/Coordinate the approval process of drawings
  • Work with 3rd party designers through Design development phase of project(s) to ensure standards are adhered to and project specific requirements are met
  • Advise and participate in value engineering exercises

Qualifications

  • Background in project management/coordination an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years as an Architect, Interior Designer, Draftsperson or similar discipline
  • Proficient in CAD.
  • Familiarity with Google based operating systems
  • Experience in commercial fit-outs and renovations an asset
