Job Description

Xsolla is seeking a Project Manager for its Monetization Integration Team to lead the timely and high-quality delivery of custom partner integrations. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from scope alignment to launch, ensuring projects are on time and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders, define success metrics, optimize workflows, and resolve blockers, focusing on customer satisfaction and delivery quality.
Must have:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of custom partner integration projects
  • Ensure all projects are executed on time, on budget, and in line with quality expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, delivery timelines, and task prioritization
  • Lead and document kick-off meetings, setting clear expectations and ownership
  • Monitor and optimize internal delivery metrics to reduce time-to-launch and increase integration success
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, Support, and Partner Success teams to ensure project alignment
  • Estimate implementation effort and delivery timeframes in collaboration with the team
  • Stay updated on internal tools, product changes, and external best practices to support execution quality
  • Track industry trends and share relevant tools or methodologies with the team
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives that improve integration delivery and partner experience
  • Extensive years of project management experience in tech, SaaS, or integration-heavy environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Basecamp, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience with agile project management practices
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
  • General understanding of the gaming industry and platform partner ecosystems
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Good to have:
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Native or fluent Russian language skills
  • Prior experience managing partner integrations or technical onboarding projects
  • Experience working across global time zones in distributed teams

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence and partner success. In this role, you will lead the timely and high-quality delivery of custom partner integrations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

You bring strong project ownership, clear communication, and a bias for action. You know how to align timelines, define success metrics, and optimize workflows — while keeping customer satisfaction and delivery quality at the center. You’re confident leading kick-offs, resolving blockers, and driving integrations from planning to launch.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Basecamp, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with agile project management practices.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills — especially in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • General understanding of the gaming industry and platform partner ecosystems.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
