The role we are offering you:

  • Develop and maintain aircraft maintenance schedules using EFMS and technical manuals.
  • Forecast component overhaul and expiry timelines based on usage rates and vendor turnaround times.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support procurement, maintenance planning, and flying operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and program management to meet operational goals.
  • Use SQL and data tools to extract insights and improve planning accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support long-term maintenance strategies.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning, process engineering, or a related aerospace role.
  • Experience working with Electronic Fleet Maintenance Systems (EFMS) or similar maintenance management software.
  • Familiarity with military or government aviation programs (e.g., CMAT, NFTC) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance cycles, rotable components, and overhaul planning.
  • Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and documentation standards (e.g., Technical Airworthiness Manual).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
