Job Description
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in promotions, customer service, or events is preferred
- Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events and campaigns
- Maintain consistent communication with team leads and event staff
- Set up, manage, and break down promotional materials and displays
- Engage with customers and educate them about the brand and offerings
- Track event performance and provide post-event reports
- Ensure brand consistency and professionalism at all times
- Support the promotions team with administrative and logistical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to handle physical activity (standing for extended periods, lifting promotional materials)
- Must be available to work on-site and travel locally for events if needed
