ABOUT THE ROLE
As Promotions Operations Specialist, you’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of CRM-linked promotions, translating campaign briefs into live, risk-assessed reward mechanics. You’ll collaborate with CRM, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure promotions are technically accurate, legally compliant, and commercially viable.
You’ll be hands-on in the platform, responsible for accurate setup, smart testing, and diligent QA. With growing volumes and complexity, this role is key to protecting the business from unnecessary cost, abuse risk, and compliance issues — while ensuring campaigns deliver on their marketing objectives.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Building, testing, and launching promotions across email, push, in-app, and onsite CRM campaigns
● Collaborating with CRM and Marketing teams to ensure promotion setups match the brief
● Ensuring all promotions are QA’d, compliant, and aligned with responsible gaming standards
● Applying risk checks to ensure promotions are not exploitable or overly generous
● Reviewing campaign briefs to ensure promotion value and structure are commercially viable
● Maintaining clear documentation of promotion structures, rules, and targeting logic
● Escalating potential abuse or exposure risks to the Senior Manager or Team Manager
● Liaising with Product and CRM Analytics on performance tracking and improvement areas
● Supporting the rollout of new mechanics and internal playbooks
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
● Experience in a CRM, promotions, or operational marketing role
● A working knowledge of bonus tools and campaign mechanics, with awareness of commercial risk and reward principles
● High attention to detail with a strong focus on setup accuracy and operational safety
● Ability to flag potential issues and understand cost vs. value trade-offs in campaign delivery
● Comfort working across multiple teams including Compliance, Product, and CRM
● Strong organisational skills and confidence in meeting deadlines
● An analytical mindset with awareness of abuse prevention best practices
