① Development Area, Business Overview, and Role/Position within R&D of the Department
To realize Nissan's electrification strategy, we are working on the evolution and expanded application of electric powertrain system technology, which is central to BEV/e-POWER development.
Within this, you will be responsible for planning and executing electric powertrain system evaluations and developing experimental technologies for them.
This position is at the core of development and evaluation, collaborating with many departments from the initial physical development phase of a project to the vehicle mass production phase, and challenging to develop electric vehicles that exceed customer expectations through further evolution.
② Specific Job Responsibilities and Expected Role/Position within and outside the Department
1) Planning experiments and setting evaluation items
From a customer perspective, you will define the quality to be provided, set evaluation items according to each vehicle system to achieve this quality, and perform quality evaluations.
2) Execution of evaluations and promotion of technical issue resolution
You will personally carry out the planned evaluations with on-site engineers. For extracted technical issues, you may take a leadership role to bring various departments together, support problem-solving, or propose solutions yourself. Furthermore, you may conduct evaluations at test courses to assess the achievement level of development vehicles and support the launch of vehicle production.
3) Development of evaluation methods/standard setting
You will develop evaluation methods and set standards to achieve accurate and efficient experimental technology development.

The team consists of a system development manager (Project Center), team leaders, and staff. The work environment involves acquiring measurement skills and working directly with various vehicles. You will collaborate with skilled members who have evaluated multiple electric systems developed in the past to consolidate new systems.
The members involved span a wide range of areas, from vehicle performance-related departments to parts development departments and experimental evaluation departments, allowing for interaction with many people and the acquisition of broad knowledge.

Compensation
- Annual income range: Monthly salary (reference value)
233,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY
- Determined comprehensively based on experience and expertise.
- Estimated annual income (reference value)
Approximately 4.17 million JPY to 7.66 million JPY
- Monthly salary x 12 months + Bonus (estimated value)
- Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, and conditions will be determined separately.
- Overtime allowance, etc., will be paid separately based on employee wage regulations.
