Job Description

The Publisher Integration Engineer (PIE) will implement and maintain technical relationships with publishers, provide support to the larger Media team, and build tools to streamline processes. This role focuses on onboarding and implementing publisher integrations, requiring both technical competence and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining integrations, participating in software design and testing, developing documentation, building automation tools, and monitoring critical processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience with databases and SQL (Postgres is a plus)
  • Programmatic experience and understanding of programming concepts
  • Understanding of web development principles and basic web infrastructure (requests, headers, cookies, DNS, etc)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience communicating technical information to non-technical people
  • Ability to optimally communicate with third party technical and sales teams
  • Troubleshooting skills using data to find anomalies and test hypotheses

Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Publisher Integration Engineer (PIE) will implement and maintain technical relationships with publishers, provide support to the larger Media team, and build tools to streamline processes. The PIE will report directly to the Manager of Publisher Integrations, and will work closely with Media Development representatives, product managers, and engineering teams.

This opportunity is focused on the onboarding and implementation of publisher integrations but will still engage with the full range of PIE responsibilities. The role provides a variety of challenging work that require both technical competence and interpersonal skills

What you’ll achieve

  • Establish and maintain integrations into Epsilon’s publisher system
  • Participate in the design, implementation and testing of Epsilon’s publisher software products
  • Develop and update both internal and external integration documentation
  • Compose, build and maintain tools that automate or streamline internal processes
  • Monitor business critical processes and troubleshoot or bring up appropriately when issues arise
  • Be a go-to for technical questions from both internal and external teams

Who You Are

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
