Job Description

This professional will support the Technology, Innovation, and Data area in selling Martech solutions to internal and external clients. They must have knowledge of software development processes and roadmaps and experience with agile methodologies. The role involves leading the development of innovative Martech products at the intersection of media, data, and creative content, defining the vision and roadmap for new solutions that optimize media activation, automate content creation, and deliver measurable results for clients. The main challenge is to translate complex business needs into a clear and prioritized product backlog for engineering teams.

  • Define and communicate a clear and strategic product vision for Martech solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the main bridge between business areas (media, creative, customer service teams) and the development team, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
  • Guide the agile development process, participate in all Scrum ceremonies, and make assertive decisions to ensure the team builds the right product efficiently.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for products, analyze performance data to inform future iterations and justify product value to business leaders.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a professional to lead the development of innovative Martech products at the intersection of media, data, and creative content for Publicis Groupe. You will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for new solutions that optimize our media activation, automate content creation, and deliver measurable results for our clients. Your main challenge is to translate the complex business needs of our agencies and clients into a clear and prioritized product backlog for our engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Define Product Vision: Articulate and communicate a clear and strategic product vision for Martech solutions that solve key challenges in media buying and content personalization.
  • Manage Backlog: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria (Definitions of Done).
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main bridge between business areas (media, creative, customer service teams) and the development team. Your job is to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Drive Execution: Guide the agile development process, participate in all Scrum ceremonies, and make assertive decisions to ensure the team builds the right product efficiently.
  • Measure Success: Define KPIs and success metrics for your products. Analyze performance data to inform future iterations and justify product value to business leaders.
