Key responsibilities include tracking campaign billing, controlling agency fees, supporting campaign implementation, ensuring billing documentation, and preparing investment reports for programmatic buying.
Must Have:
  • Tracking campaign billing for suppliers and clients, optimizing the process.
  • Controlling agency fees and client charges.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimization of campaigns on media buying platforms.
  • Ensuring compliance with requirements and documentation for client billing.
  • Preparing implementation reports and validating data on Paid media platforms.
  • Generating investment reports for programmatic buying for different publishers.
  • Supporting the Advermind MP4 migration process for digital media.
  • Managing billing for ACDC and TAAG team operations originating from or destined for Performics.
  • Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools like Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Microsoft Office, Campaign Manager, and Social Media Ads.
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • Advermind purchasing function.

Job Description

In Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Digital Analyst. With 1 year of experience in the role in advertising and marketing agencies, their mission will focus on managing the billing and cost control of advertising campaigns, optimizing processes, and generating the corresponding reports.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking campaign billing for suppliers and clients, optimizing the process.
  • Controlling agency fees and client charges.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimization of campaigns on media buying platforms.
  • Ensuring compliance with requirements and documentation for client billing.
  • Preparing implementation reports and validating data on Paid media platforms.
  • Generating investment reports for programmatic buying for different publishers.
