This position requires excellent organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. ## Responsibilities * Maintain communication with clients to update them on the status of their accounts and projects. * Develop detailed action plans for each account, including timelines, necessary resources, and specific goals. * Monitor project progress and ensure established deadlines are met. * Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee the timely and high-quality delivery of products or services. * Identify and resolve problems related to offline accounts quickly and efficiently. * Prepare regular reports on account status, including performance metrics and achieved results. * Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Ensure that generated plans are in line with the strategy and budget assigned to each campaign. * Generate qualitative analysis of proposals sent by the media. * Analysis and interpretation of competitor reports. * Generate specific account analyses. * Ensure that post-buy reports integrate planned and actual data. * Responsible for staying up-to-date with new trends, new media, and new proposals. * Establish adequate communication with clients with extensive knowledge and experience in media. * Maintain close communication with internal support areas to facilitate processes that ensure adequate customer service. * Weekly management and monitoring of the budget assigned per brand, seeking appropriate control and optimization. * Maintain relationships with media and analyze them for negotiations and innovation. * Coordination of the entire planning and buying process. * Review of ad schedule in the system, ensuring client approval. ## Qualifications * University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. * Previous experience of at least 3 years in account management, preferably with knowledge in outdoor advertising. * Excellent conceptualization/creative proposal skills. * Experience in streaming accounts. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of project management tools. ## Key skills * Proactivity * Time management * Customer service orientation * Self-control * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Effective communication
