Job Description
Publicis Production is seeking a Technical Lead to join their Engineering team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Technical Lead will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, maintain best practices, and manage technical risks. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development experience, particularly with ReactJS, and a deep understanding of modern web technologies.
Good To Have:
- Familiarity with Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, or similar life sciences platforms
- Experience in working with global, cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques
Must Have:
- Lead a team of developers and ensure high-quality code delivery
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and QA for seamless project execution
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and reusability
- Act as a key point of contact for technical queries in the team
- Manage technical risks and communicate status effectively with stakeholders
- 6+ years of front-end development experience
- 2+ years in a technical/team leadership role
- Must have experience working on life sciences or healthcare-related digital projects

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of front-end development experience
- 2+ years in a technical/team leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (or similar JavaScript frameworks)
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end build pipelines
- Must have experience working on life sciences or healthcare-related digital projects
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
