Job Description

The Offline Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing all activities related to offline accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, optimizing account management processes, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. This role requires excellent organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key responsibilities include client communication, developing detailed action plans, monitoring project progress, coordinating with internal teams, problem-solving, preparing reports, analyzing data, ensuring alignment with strategy and budget, analyzing media proposals, interpreting competitor reports, and managing weekly budgets.
Good To Have:
  • Preferably knowledge in outdoor advertising.
  • Experience in streaming accounts.
Must Have:
  • Maintain communication with clients to update on account and project status.
  • Develop detailed action plans for each account, including timelines, resources, and specific goals.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure established deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products or services.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to offline accounts quickly and efficiently.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, including performance metrics and results.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure generated plans align with the strategy and budget assigned to each campaign.
  • Generate qualitative analysis of proposals sent by media.
  • Analyze and interpret competitor reports.
  • Generate specific account analyses.
  • Ensure post-buy reports integrate planned and actual data.
  • Be responsible for staying up-to-date with new trends, new media, and new proposals.
  • Establish adequate communication with clients with extensive knowledge and experience in media.
  • Maintain close communication with internal support areas to facilitate processes.
  • Manage and monitor the budget assigned per brand weekly, seeking control and optimization.
  • Maintain relationships with media and analyze for negotiations and innovation.
  • Coordinate the entire planning and buying process.
  • Review ad schedule in the system, ensuring client approval.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent conceptualization/creative proposal skills.
  • Experience in streaming accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
