Overview
The Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing all activities related to offline and online accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, optimizing account management processes, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. This position requires excellent organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with clients to update on the status of their accounts and projects.
- Develop detailed action plans for each account, including timelines, necessary resources, and specific goals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure established deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products or services.
- Identify and resolve problems related to offline and online accounts quickly and efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including performance metrics and results achieved.
- Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that generated plans are in line with the strategy and budget assigned to each campaign.
- Generate qualitative analysis of proposals sent by the media.
- Analysis and interpretation of competitor reports.
- Generate specific account analyses.
- Ensure that post-buy reports integrate planned and actual data.
- Responsible for staying up-to-date with new trends, new media, and new proposals.
- Establish adequate communication with clients with extensive knowledge and experience in media.
- Maintain close communication with internal support areas in order to facilitate processes that ensure adequate customer service.
- Weekly management and monitoring of the budget assigned by brand, seeking adequate control and optimization.
- Maintain relationship with media and analysis facing negotiations and innovation of the same.
- Coordination of the entire planning and buying process.
- Review of guidelines in the system, ensuring client approval.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in account management, preferably with knowledge in digital media.
- Excellent conceptualization/creative proposal skills.
- Experience in streaming accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
