Purchasing Trainee

At Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów, we specialize in the production of headlamps and front lamps for passenger cars, using advanced technologies such as plastic injections, metallization and assembly. Our plant has a comprehensive measurement laboratory, equipped with a unique tunnel for photometric tests. In 2019, we launched a modern R&D Center, which was designed to develop innovative lighting systems for major manufacturers on the automotive market. This move comes in response to the growing demand for new projects and increased industry dynamics.

Currently for Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanow we are recruiting for the position of Purchasing Trainee.

Your challenges:

• Taking part in all the daily tasks of the department;

• Contact with national and international suppliers;

• Preparing requests for quotations, statements and analyses;

• Conducting preliminary negotiations;

• Sending orders and filing purchase documents.

• You are a minimum 2nd year student or a 1st/2nd year graduate;

• You are available min. 4 days a week (Monday to Friday);

• You speak English at a communicative level;

• You are familiar with MS Office programs; 

• You have developed communication and organisational skills;
