Sword Health is seeking a QA Analyst to join its Growth team. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans, ensuring software products meet quality standards. Responsibilities include testing web software and APIs, identifying and tracking defects, documenting test results, and reporting on quality risks. The QA Analyst will work on enhancing the experience of members and future clients through innovative strategies and compelling storytelling, aiming to build relationships that drive impact and results. Must Have
- 2-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst
- Testing Web software and APIs
- Test case design, creation, execution, and report
- Familiarity with Postman, JIRA, Git, Xray, Jenkins
- Solid knowledge in software testing
- Good analysis, organization, communication, and teamwork skills
- Dynamic and critical spirit
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability and eagerness to learn
- Autonomy and initiative
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans that improve quality by design.
- Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Test software products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify defects and track issues through resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Document testing results and report on defects to the development team.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials.
- Proactively and clearly reports status and quality risks to partners and team for the work that the engineer directly owns and it's able to leverage basic quality metrics effectively when doing this.
What you need to have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
- Experience in testing Web software and APIs.
- Experience in test case design, creation, execution, and report.
- Exposure to some tools like Postman, JIRA, Git, Xray, Jenkins.
- Solid knowledge in software testing.
- Good analysis, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A dynamic and critical spirit.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability and eagerness to learn.
- Autonomy and initiative.
