Job Summary

Gaijin develops AAA online games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms, including popular MMOs 'War Thunder', 'Enlisted', and other games. The Gaijin team consists of hundreds of talented game developers from all over Europe and is constantly growing. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. The role involves manual testing of high-class game projects, reporting bugs in the internal control system, and interacting with developers.

Must Have

  • Knowledge of bug-tracking systems (Bugzilla, Jira, Mantis, Redmine)
  • Experience in testing game projects
  • Understanding of testing tools, methods and means
  • Knowledge of version control systems (SVN, CVS, Git or similar)
  • Understanding of software/game development processes
  • Increased attention to detail, general technical literacy
  • Ability to work in a team, reproduce non-standard game scenarios, interest in games, knowledge of game terminology

Good to Have

  • Experience with Linux
  • Passion for aviation and ground vehicles
  • Experience with reporting documentation

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team.

Location does not matter.

What you will do:

  • Test high-class game projects (manual testing);
  • Enter reports into the internal control system;
  • Interact with developers.

Our candidate has:

  • Knowledge of bug-tracking systems (Bugzilla, Jira, Mantis, Redmine);
  • Experience in testing game projects;
  • Understanding of testing tools, methods and means;
  • Knowledge of version control systems (SVN, CVS, Git or similar);
  • Understanding of software/game development processes;
  • Increased attention to detail, general technical literacy;
  • Ability to work in a team, reproduce non-standard game scenarios, interest in games, knowledge of game terminology.

A plus would be:
