QA Tester - Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure our games meet the highest standards of quality and performance for our clients.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated QA Tester to join our team to ensure we ship quality products to our customers on our services side of the business

Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough testing of mobile games across multiple platforms (iOS, Android) to identify bugs, glitches, and performance issues.
• Create, update, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on game requirements and design documents.
• Document and report bugs clearly and concisely using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing to verify fixes and ensure the stability of new game builds.
• Conduct performance testing to evaluate load times, responsiveness, and device compatibility.
• Provide constructive feedback on game design, mechanics, and user experience.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, priorities, and challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile gaming trends and testing tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and their limitations.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of game mechanics and user expectations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in the Quality Assurance discipline within the gaming space.
• Strong knowledge of industry QA best practices.
• Working experience with Asana, and familiarity with Unity a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven experience acting as the accountable party responsible for ensuring bugs are properly tracked and addressed.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Red Games Co. does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.
