Join QNX's expanding Product & Content Marketing team, where we drive innovation in our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and foster advocacy and thought leadership among our customers and the broader market.
 

We are seeking an experienced product marketer to lead our horizontal product GTM strategies, develop collateral, and create sales tools.

In this role, you will drive strategic positioning for the QNX software portfolio across our target industry verticals, emphasizing their benefits and overall value, ensuring strong product adoption and engagement. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop targeted messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that effectively address customer needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll support marketing campaigns as well as sales enablement efforts.

Utilising your relevant industry experience, your seasoned perspective and proven track record in strategic positioning and value proposition development will be instrumental. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in leading new product or product release launches. Your marketing experience coupled with a technical/engineering background, will be highly advantageous in understanding customer pain points and requirements to tailor messaging and value propositions accordingly.

You will:

  • Lead the strategic positioning and GTM efforts for the QNX portfolio across targeted verticals, closely aligning with industry leads and product management.
  • Understand customer pain points and requirements to tailor messaging and value propositions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enhancing product adoption and engagement.
  • Support the sales teams to effectively communicate product value propositions and address customer inquiries.
  • Develop impactful marketing content such as presentations, brochures, blogs, videos, and industry studies. Conduct research with industry analysts to analyze product performance, cost reduction strategies, and contributions to cost-saving measures.
  • Conduct detailed market and audience analysis to develop competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

You will have:

  • Extensive experience in embedded software and strong capabilities in product and content marketing.
  • Proven expertise in strategic positioning and value proposition development within the embedded systems industry.
  • Proven track record in product marketing and content creation for various stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Skilled in distilling technical documentation into compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple time zones and cultures, with experience working with global sales teams and executive leadership.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Marketing experience coupled with technical/engineering background is a plus.
