Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist at Fliff will audit tickets processed by operational staff, ensuring player interactions meet quality standards. Key responsibilities include conducting QA audits, creating quality reports, providing insights for improvement, responding to case review requests, participating in calibration sessions, staying updated on operational processes, performing quality coaching and mentoring, and handling ad-hoc tasks. Fliff develops social, free-to-play sports games where users compete for leaderboard rankings, badges, and in-game status. The company pioneers play-for-fun sports gaming with sweepstakes and loyalty rewards.

Must have:

1+ years QA experience (gaming preferred)
Strong QA methodologies understanding
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Teamwork and cross-functional communication

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will review and audit tickets processed by operational staff, ensuring that interactions with players meet the established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct QA audit reviews for ticketing contractors and ensure compliance with quality based on Fliff’s processes.
Create and submit quality audit reports and provide insights on any areas of quality improvements and opportunities.
Deliver timely responses to case review requests.
Participate in regular calibration sessions within the assigned function.
Stay updated about new operational processes and developments.
Perform quality coaching and mentoring as needed.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the gaming industry.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
