Fliff is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead its Player Account Management (PAM) system initiatives within the iGaming industry. The role involves developing product strategy, roadmaps, and features to enhance player engagement and retention. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance and security, and improving user experience through collaboration with UX/UI designers and user testing. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in the iGaming sector with a focus on PAM systems, a strong understanding of player acquisition and monetization strategies, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Must have:

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead our Player Account Management (PAM) system initiatives in the fast-paced iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of PAM systems and a passion for creating exceptional player experiences.

Responsibilities:

    •   Product Strategy and Roadmap:
    • Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for our Player Account Management (PAM) system, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
    • Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance player engagement and retention.
    •  Feature Development:
    • Drive the ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new PAM features, balancing player needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed product specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.
    •  Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
    •   Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure the PAM system adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to implement robust fraud detection and prevention measures.
    •  User Experience:
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging player interfaces.
    • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the usability of the PAM system.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on PAM systems.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing player-facing products in online gaming.
    • Deep understanding of player acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies in iGaming.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in key iGaming markets.

Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with agile development methodologies.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
    • Understanding of payment processing and fraud prevention in online gaming.
    • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
