Job Description

The Quality Compliance Associate at Haleon manages all quality aspects of compliance, deviations, change controls, complaints, internal audits, and regulatory inspections for all products, adhering to SOPs and Haleon guidelines. This role supports the QA Compliance Lead in managing site QA Compliance activities, ensuring products meet Company Quality Standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring cGMP compliance through KPIs and supporting site inspection readiness.
Must have:
  • Manage MM (L1 Audit) at Site and provide KPI data
  • Ensure timely self-inspection by all departments
  • Support site inspection readiness for internal and external audits
  • Ensure timely closure of change control, Deviation, CAPAs & Complaints
  • Support investigation of all Product Quality Complaints (PQCs)
  • Support management of Management Review for compliance with HQS, regulatory, and statutory requirements
  • Support management of Quality Alerts / Quality Bulletins
  • Lead deviation investigations within relevant value streams
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are tracked and implemented
  • Actively participate in internal, regulatory, and corporate audits
  • Perform gap assessment of applicable QMS documents
  • Manage training KPI for QA Compliance department
  • Act as DI ambassador for QA compliance department
  • Comply with GMP Quality and related policies
  • Comply with Environments, Health and safety policies
  • Pharm-D or M.Sc in Chemistry/Microbiology
  • 0-3 Years of Working Experience in QA or Production
  • Regulatory knowledge

Job Purpose:

Manage all quality aspects of Quality compliance, deviation, change controls, complaint, internal audits, regulatory inspections, Quality alerts, Quality bulletins, Quality & regulatory intelligence, Health Authority correspondences for all products according to relevant SOPs, and Haleon guidelines.

Support QA Compliance Lead in manage the site QA Compliance activities to ensure products manufactured at site are in compliance with the Company Quality Standards and all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. Monitor and evaluate the level of cGMP compliance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of MM (L1 Audit) at Site & to provide KPI data for MM (L1) audit on defined timelines.
  • Ensure that all departments perform their self-inspection in defined timelines as mentioned in procedure.
  • Support to lead the site inspection readiness for internal and external audits and all associated activities.
  • Ensure the timely closure of change control, Deviation, CAPAs & Complaints in timely manner.
  • Support in investigation of all PQCs (Product Quality Complaints) and forwards on a timely manner all Critical (Expedite)and Non-Critical (Non-Expedite) Complaints to the QA compliance Lead for review and approval.
  • Support to management of Management Review by fulfil the compliance with the HQS, regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Support in manage quality Alerts /Quality Bulletin through assessment by relevant SME’s and track till closure.
  • Lead the investigation of deviations reported in the ownership of relevant value stream and ensure that all deviations are closed within the established timelines.
  • Support to ensure that corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)are tracked and implemented as ensure timely escalation of issues related to CAPAs.
  • Actively participate in internal, regulatory, and corporate audits.
  • Support to perform gap assessment of all applicable QMS documents in the compliance department and assure adherence to QMS documents and regulatory requirements.
  • Learning Champion of QA Compliance department to manage the (Training KPI) and strong follow-up for timely completion of training in compliance department & share status during monthly meetings.
  • DI ambassador of QA compliance department to support site DI lead and completion of assigned task on timely manner.
  • Comply and ensure Compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Quality and other related policies guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Guidelines.
  • Comply and ensure compliance to Environments, Health and safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Guidelines.
  • Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Pharm-D or M.Sc in Chemistry/Microbiology
  • 0-3 Years of Working Experience in QA or Production
  • Regulatory knowledge
