Job Description

As a Quality Technician at Valeo, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of production, intervening in case of problems, initiating production processes at the start of shifts and product changes, handling and inspecting series samples according to instructions, and locking finished and semi-finished products in case of errors. You will also initiate selections for components, semi-finished, and finished products, initiate product audits according to the protocol, perform first-level analysis of defective products, and perform quality administration related to production, reporting on a daily basis. Must Have:

Experience in quality control
High school diploma or secondary education
Willingness to work in shifts (3 shifts or continuous shifts)

MILYEN FELADATOK VÁRNAK RÁD:

Termelés minőségügyi felügyelete, felmerülő problémák esetén beavatkozás
Műszakkezdéskor és termékváltáskor gyártási folyamat indítása
Sorozatminták kezelése és utasítás szerinti ellenőrzése
Késztermékek és félkész termékek zárolása esetleges hiba fellépése esetén
Válogatások indítása alkatrészre, illetve félkész-, késztermékre
Termékauditok indítása a protokollnak megfelelően
Kieső termékek elsőszintű analizise
Termeléshez tartozó minőségügyi adminisztrációk elvégzése, napi szintű riportálás

AMIT TŐLED KÉRÜNK:

Minőségellenőrzésben szerzett tapasztalat
Érettségi vagy középfokú végzettség
Műszakos munkarend vállalása (3 műszak vagy folyamatos műszak)
