Junior Engineer in Research + Development (R&D) Department - Multidisciplinary Development Program

Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems

The Production and Regeneration Plant for Drive Systems in Czechowice-Dziedzice is involved in the production of starters, air throttles, and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, as well as innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, and the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual-mass flywheels, and automotive air conditioning compressors. The Production and Regeneration Plant for Drive Systems in Czechowice-Dziedzice also has a modern research and development center that provides innovative production solutions.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Supporting processes related to the development of new products and their components in various development phases (concept, modeling, prototyping, testing)
• Participation in research, analysis, and verification of new products and their manufacturing processes
• Analysis of experiment or test results, drawing conclusions, and proposing corrective actions
• Administrative work related to launching new or improving existing analytical, verification, testing methods, launching new machines or technological processes.
• Contact and cooperation with project teams, other company departments, and external suppliers of parts, machines, or services
• Participation in training and workshops

JOIN OUR TEAM, IF:

• You are a graduate of first or second-cycle studies or a current student of the 2nd-5th year of technical fields (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanics and Machine Building);
• You are communicative, able to work in a team, and open to new experiences
• Your strengths are independence, accuracy, and logical thinking
• You have a good command of English - enabling fluent communication (B1/B2)
• You are available 3-5 days a week

AN ADDITIONAL ASSET WILL BE:

• International experience (foreign schools or studies, school or student exchanges, cultural exchange programs, etc.)
• Knowledge of technical drawing, dimensioning, and design support programs (Catia V5, NX, Ansys, HyperWorks)
• Knowledge of CAN communication protocol and CANalyzer/CANoe software
• Ability to read electrical diagrams
