Job Description
- Preparation of defect descriptions (5W2H)
- Support quality, warranty, and launch quality teams
- Inspect incoming parts
- Solve manufacturing quality problems
- Analyze daily production defects
- Cooperate with quality auditors
- Ensure information transfer within the team
- Manage customer system checks and records
- Support complaint resolution
- Fresh graduate from secondary or higher education (max 1 year post-graduation)
- Interest in quality and automotive industry
- Active knowledge of English and Czech
- Ability to learn new things
- Responsibility, analytical thinking, systematic approach, flexibility, customer orientation, stress resilience
- MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience/knowledge in automotive quality

- podpora týmů - inženýrů kvality, warranty týmu, launch quality týmu
- kontrola vstupních dílů do procesu
- řešení kvalitativních problémů ve výrobě
- analýza defektů ve výrobě na denní bázi
- spolupráce s týmem kvality auditorů
- zajištění předávání informací v rámci týmu, příprava nápravných řešení při kvalitativních problémech
- zajištění kontroly a evidence systémů zákazníka (B2B)
- podpora při řešení reklamací
NĚCO O VÁS...
- Příležitost pro čerstvé absolventy SŠ/VŠ - maximálně rok po ukončení studia
- zájem o kvalitu a práci v automotive
- zkušenosti, znalosti z oblasti kvality automotive výhodou
- aktivní znalost AJ a ČJ
- schopnost učit se novým věcem
- odpovědnost, analytické myšlení, systematický přístup, flexibilita a orientace na zákazníka, odolnost vůči stresu
- znalost MS Office, především Excel a Powerpoint
