Job Description
Within the Light Division, you will be integrated into the Purchasing team of the Bobigny Research & Development Center. As a support to the Electronic Purchasing team for the Light Division, you will be responsible for monthly reporting of purchasing results, analyzing and monitoring purchasing performance, conducting analyses to improve negotiation performance, consolidating electronic component needs, monitoring prices, formalizing contracts, and analyzing purchasing budgets to identify gains.
Must Have:
- Establish monthly purchasing results reporting for the Electronic Commodity for the Light Division.
- Analyze and monitor purchasing performance for the Electronic Commodity for the Light Division.
- Conduct analyses and studies to improve negotiation performance with the different Segment Leaders of the team.
- Consolidate and maintain needs for electronic boards and components for the coming years.
- Monitor Electronic Component prices and formalize contracts.
- Analyze component purchasing budgets to detect purchasing gains, then communicate and follow-up with production sites to ensure their implementation.
- Realize and follow-up of LOAs.
- Support to the Segment Leaders team for resourcing or other topics.

Within the Light Division, you will be integrated into the Purchasing team of the Bobigny Research & Development Center, which hosts more than 600 people.
Supporting the Electronic Purchasing team for the Light Division, you will join a team of 8 people managing a portfolio of €1100M and will be mainly responsible for the following missions:
- Establishment of monthly purchasing results reporting for the Electronic Commodity for the Light Division
- Analysis and monitoring of purchasing performance for the Electronic Commodity for the Light Division
- Realization of analysis and studies to improve negotiation performance with the different Segment Leaders of the team
- Consolidation and Maintenance of needs for electronic boards and components for the coming years
- Monitoring of Electronic Component prices and formalization of contracts
- Analysis of component purchasing budgets to detect purchasing gains, then communication and follow-up with production sites to ensure their implementation
- Realization & follow-up of LOAs
- Support to the Segment Leaders team for resourcing or other topics
