For our Italian Valeo Service logistic dep, we are looking for a Customer Service Trainee.

Valeo Service, part of the Valeo Group, is the Automotive aftermarket specialist worldwide. Valeo Service commitment is to care for you and your customers’ vehicles (passenger cars and industrial vehicles) long after they have left the production floor.

You will learn how to support our customers after they’ve purchased our products—ensuring they have the parts, technical guidance, and maintenance support they need to keep their operations running smoothly.

As a trainee, you will undergo a structured learning path that includes:

  • Order Management: Learning to process requests for spare parts, service kits, and maintenance repairs using our ERP system.
  • Customer Advocacy: Acting as the bridge between the customer and our internal logistics teams to resolve complex inquiries.
  • Data Maintenance: Ensuring customer records, warranty information, and service histories are accurate and up to date.
  • Relationship Building: Learning the art of proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future service needs.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

  • Education: Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; you can explain technical concepts in a way that’s easy to understand.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software (CRM, ERP, or inventory management systems) .
  • Attitude: A high degree of empathy and a "customer-first" mindset. You stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Good Italian and fluency in English (both spoken and written) is highly desirable.
