Intern - Vision

This internship at Valeo involves assisting the R&D team in designing and executing projects, including experimental setup, data collection, and analysis. The intern will collaborate on innovative solutions, learn software tools for automotive R&D processes, and participate in prototype development and testing. Responsibilities also include compiling research findings, adhering to safety protocols, and staying updated on industry trends. Candidates should be final-year engineering students from a reputed institution with a minimum 70% aggregate and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Must Have

• Assisting the team in the design and execution of R&D projects, including experimental setup, data collection, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Learning software tools prescribed by our company for designing parts and assemblies and simulating Automotive R&D processes.
• Participate in the development and testing of prototypes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Compile and present research findings to the R&D team and senior management.
• Follow all safety protocols in the laboratory and Automotive R&D environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Automotive R&D and R&D.
• Hail from a reputed University / Institution.
• Should be perusing his / her final year in a full time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Should carry minimum of 70% aggregate in his / her 5th & 6th semester University.
• Should have demonstrated a high level of Conduct and Discipline in the Institution.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Studio, Power BI).

Qualifications

• Hail from a reputed University / Institution.
• Should be perusing his / her final year in a full time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• Should have demonstrated a high level of Conduct and Discipline in the Institution.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Studio, Power BI) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
