Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
Relevant experience in R&D or technical engineering.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., CAD), development processes, and engineering standards.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of product development, quality standards, and project coordination.
Commitment to health, safety, environmental, and intellectual property compliance.
Responsibilities:
Analyze project specifications and carry out technical tasks aligned with R&D standards.
Ensure project objectives are met in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines.
Provide technical input to internal teams and suppliers.
Propose solutions to technical challenges during development.
Support continuous improvement and product/process compliance.
Contribute to design standardization and team collaboration.
