Valeo is seeking a Site HR Business Partner to support and coach managers on HR-related topics, contributing to the operational results of the site. This role involves managing headcount, following up on absenteeism, and deploying talent development tools and processes. The HRBP will also focus on people and organization development, ensuring proper job grading, managing recruitment and onboarding, and identifying learning needs. Key responsibilities include applying health, safety, and environment rules, deploying quality of life at work policies, and fostering employee engagement through various initiatives. The role also covers employee relations, internal communication, and HR administrative procedures, with specific missions in learning, payroll, well-being, and talent acquisition.
Must Have:- Support and coach managers on HR related topics.
- Contribute to the operational results of the Site, including headcount management and absenteeism follow-up.
- Coordinate, deploy, and coach managers on Talent development tools, processes & policy.
- Manage recruitment & onboarding process according to standard.
- Identify Learning & actions to develop competences.
- Apply and ensure compliance with Health / Security / Environment rules.
- Deploy Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement plan.
- Coordinate 5 Axes deployment plan and contribute to V5000 self-assessment.
- Maintain or improve social climate and relations with Unions representative.
- Ensure respect of HR administrative procedures and data quality in HR systems.
- Lead communication to employees & managers within the Site.
- Lead & animate Quality of Life at Work Committee.
- Manage V5000 deployment plan and lead EE Road maps deployment.
- Participate in Unions meetings and replace Site HR manager for Employee relations actions.
- Coordinate Talent Development campaigns deployment.
- Organize local Campus Management actions and participate in events.
- Manage candidates' screening and selection process (for MOD only).
