Job Summary

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will manage Workday administration, daily payroll system operations, and personnel administration. Key responsibilities include payroll data preparation, reporting, and supervision of employee files and liabilities. You will also handle complex group life and health insurance administration, ensure data privacy compliance, and participate in HR projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, over 3 years of experience in HR administration, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. You will conduct standard HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment, and answer employee queries.

Must Have

  • Workday administration

  • Supervision of employee’s liabilities and communication with debt collectors
  • Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance
  • Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc.
  • Participation in HR Projects
  • Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • +3 years of experience in business operations, administrative, or HR Admin role
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • +3 years of experience in business operations, administrative, or HR Admin role. HR Domain, Systems, or Process Knowledge
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Ability to leverage critical thinking to perform root cause analysis with a matrix of HR processes and technology
  • Ability to support a virtual team, and exercise appropriate discretion in regards to confidential data
  • Previous Workday experience a considerable advantage.
  • Experience in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment a considerable advantage.
