Job Summary

This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain analytics, providing mentorship, exposure to industry best practices, and networking opportunities. The intern will support the SCM Data Analytics Team by extracting, transforming, and analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, and assisting in digital transformation initiatives. It's ideal for students pursuing careers in IT, supply chain management, or finance.

Must Have

  • Support SCM Data Analytics Team in daily work
  • Extract, transform, format and structure data from databases, files & processes
  • Analyze data for statistical patterns, distributions, summaries, anomalies, correlations, structures
  • Create reports, dashboards, graphs, and other visualizations
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting platforms
  • Assist in developing and maintaining intuitive dashboards
  • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support digital transformation of SCM
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or related field
  • Availability of minimum 20h per week
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and visualization
  • Experience with programming languages
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Technical curiosity – willingness to explore AI, RPA, data architecture, workflow automation
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools
  • Understanding of supply chain operations and terminology

YOUR ROLE

This internship provides hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain analytics, mentorship from experienced supply chain professionals, exposure to industry best practices and technologies, networking opportunities within the organization and industry, and professional development opportunities for students pursuing careers in information technology, supply chain management, finance and other related areas.

In your daily job you will:

  • Support SCM Data Analytics Team in daily work
  • Extract, transform, format and structure data from databases, files & processes.
  • Analyze the data for statistical patterns, distributions, summaries, anomalies, correlations, structures for further processing or reporting
  • Create reports, dashboards, graphs, and other visualizations to present findings in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting platforms
  • Assist in developing and maintaining intuitive dashboards
  • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for created solutions
  • Support digital transformation of SCM

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or related field
  • Availability of minimum 20h per week
