Lead ITV Engineer

Aptiv is seeking a Lead ITV Engineer to develop and execute tests for Infotainment Systems. Responsibilities include requirement analysis, test case design and automation, execution on hardware-in-loop setups, and defect tracking. The role requires expertise in system-level functional testing of ADAS, Body Function, Infotainment, Validation & Clusters, along with knowledge of communication protocols like CAN/CANFD, LIN, UDS, Automotive ETHERNET, and programming skills in C, CAPL, LABVIEW, Test Stand, Python. Candidates should have 8-12 years of experience and be proficient in Agile and ASPICE processes.

Must Have

• Requirement Analysis, Test Development and execution of Infotainment Systems
• Understanding of Product Specifications and perform requirement Analysis
• Design, and automation of Test cases based on requirements
• Test execution on the hardware in loop bench setup
• Test reporting, defect tracking and supportive functions
• System level functional testing of ADAS, Body Function, Infotainment, Validation & Clusters
• Proficiency in CAN/CANFD, LIN, UDS, Automotive ETHERNET, DoIP communication protocols
• Working experience with Automated Test environment / Test benches
• Experience in manual/ Automated testing
• Experience in Serial communication Physical layer testing (CAN / LIN / ETHERNET)
• Proficiency with CANoe, CANStress communication tools
• Programming skills in C, CAPL, LABVIEW, Test Stand, Python
• Experience of working in Agile environment & Scrum
• Knowledge of ASPICE processes
• A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics) with work experience of 8-12 years
