Position Objective
Responsible for the execution of all Recruitment and Selection processes, internal and external to Brazil, with the mission of ensuring a good experience and interface with management to foster business growth, bringing in talent. Ensure the execution of the Training Plan, identifying needs and providing the development and engagement of a high-performance team in partnership with managers to meet all current and future challenges, in compliance with legislation and global strategy. Support the team in HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and aiming for continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
- Conduct internal and external selection processes via Jobvite, ensuring agility and quality;
- Align job profiles with managers, seeking talent aligned with the company's culture and competencies;
- Publish approved vacancies and apply assessments and reference checks;
- Prepare offer letters and conduct exit interviews, generating indicators;
- Promote training on Jobvite usage for managers and associates;
- Seek partnerships with R&S consultancies, presenting alternatives and budgets.
Training and Development
- Develop and monitor the Annual Training Plan with managers;
- Ensure the execution of training, including logistics, materials and indicators;
- Monitor global training via LMS, generating reports and user support;
- Propose improvements in the content and format of integrations and training.
Onboarding and Integration
- Plan and execute the integration process for new associates and managers;
- Maintain the annual integration calendar aligned with business needs;
- Update and distribute the Integration Kit;
- Ensure continuous improvements in the onboarding process and tool.
Internal Communication and Social Actions
- Disseminate internal actions such as admissions, promotions, campaigns and events;
- Responsible for preparing internal HR communication (newsletter) to the company;
- Participate in initiatives such as Buckman Cares, CIPA, Fire Brigade and volunteering;
- Propose campaigns aligned with market trends and employee well-being;
- Update the HR SharePoint with policies, forms and creative communications.

Requirements:
- Higher Education in Administration, Psychology or Human Resources Management;
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources with responsibilities or a function similar to the vacancy;
- Advanced/Fluent English and desirable Intermediate Spanish;
- Knowledge/Experience in ERP System;
- Advanced Digital Capability;
- Knowledge/Experience in R&S;
- Office Package: Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
